"The most notable and outstanding aspect that I have noticed about Lusk Construction is the continued support and attention after the completion of the project. They continued to respond quickly to any problems that we may have and periodically call us to make sure everything is up to par."

Thanks From Lusk

We at Lusk Construction would like to thank everyone at Peach State Bank for a wonderfully successful project. We enjoyed the entire process, from the Design phase through Construction completion, to the Open House ceremony. The extensive banking experience of the staff at Peach State Bank provided invaluable insight into the design of this facility. It's every construction company's dream to establish such a great working relationship with their clients and to deliver the finished product that meets or exceeds all expectations.

About The Bank

Peach State Bank, completed in the first quarter of 2006, is located at the intersection of Washington Street and West Academy Street in Gainesville, GA. This 17,082 sf facility is composed of three floors, a drive-thru, two covered porches and a balcony.

About The Project

The bricked exterior has accent brick soldiers, cast stone quoins, flemish bond details and a tumbled stone water table. The porches and balcony feature large columns with decorative Corinthian capitals. The drive-thru has three lanes plus an ATM lane. The interior is lavishly trimmed and features decorative columns with Corinthian capitals. An elevator and a dumbwaiter move people and documents from floor to floor. Not only is this facility aesthetically pleasing, it also has the latest in banking technology. For example, on-line computers are located in the lobby for customer password access and are recessed into the marble counter tops for privacy. The Customer Service Lobby features a scrolling monitor of up to the minute stock and bond market activity, a computer station for customers, living room furniture and a fireplace
